- 1 1⁄2 cups Mixed Greens (not iceberg lettuce)
- 4 oz. rotisserie chicken breast, boneless, skinless, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup black beans
- 1⁄4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1⁄4 medium avocado, chopped
1. Place spring greens in a medium serving bowl.
2. Add chicken, beans, tomato, carrots, and avocado; toss gently to blend.
3. Top with your favorite (we suggest our homemade GREEK) dressing and enjoy.
