Crocktober: Easy & Delicious Slow Cooker Recipes

One of the most dreaded phrases in the English language has to be: WHAT’S FOR DINNER?

Doesn’t hearing this phrase just make you want to shudder? Or at least head to the nearest drive-thru? The struggle is real!

My amazing wife Lisa and I want to give you 5 days of not having to ask “what’s for dinner.” Seriously. So, welcome to Crocktober!

Crocktober Healthy and Nutritious Meals

We will give you 5 healthy and nutritious slow-cooker recipes, plus a grocery-shopping list and a meal prep video tutorial. You will prep all the meals at once and then all you’ll have to do Monday-Friday is put the food in the slow cooker in the morning and enjoy your tasty meal in the evening.

It really can’t get much easier than that! Talk about a serious time saver.  And, you’ll finally have an answer when your spouse or kids ask, “What’s for dinner?”

    Made the Honey Mustard Shredded Chicken recipe & it was so good … very moist & yummy. Great for sandwiches! Lisa’s hint on shredding the chicken was so helpful.. will difently make this again ! 😊
