Ingredients
- 1 6 1/2 in whole wheat pita
- 2 tbsp Low Sugar BBQ sauce Stubb's Original Bar-B-Q Sauce is a good one
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped rotisserie chicken breast
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro optional

Instructions
- 1. Preheat ove to 350º
- 2. Place pita on baking sheet. top with BBQ Sauce, cheese, chicken and onion
- 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted
- 4. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve immediately

Options for less carbs: slice pita in half or use a cauliflower crust
